GENERAL USE

This website has been designed by Shopease Foods Inc. for public browsing and customers using its online shopping services. By using the site, you agree that you have read these Terms and Conditions and that you accept and agree to be bound by them. These Terms and Conditions also apply to any order placed via telephone or facsimile.

All Products sold by Shopease Foods Inc. through this site are subject to these Terms and Conditions. By submitting your order for processing at Shopease Foods Inc., you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the Terms and Conditions present at the time your order is submitted for processing.

The customer agrees to provide complete and accurate information for registration on this site to enable communication between Shopease Foods Inc. and the customer and for the purpose of shipping. Shopease Foods Inc. has the absolute discretion to refuse registration of a potential customer and to terminate registration of any customer at any time.

The customer agrees to pay for every order made under his/her login via the secure PayPal gateway and agrees to indemnify Shopease Foods Inc. for all claims, loss and damages whatsoever made by any third party arising from the actions of a person placing orders for products using the customer's login. The customer shall be responsible for updating his/her registration information.

Shopease Foods Inc. shall make every effort to fulfill orders placed by customers through Shopease Foods Inc. online store, but shall not be liable to any person if Shopease Foods Inc. declines or is unable to fulfill an order for whatever reason, including supply shortage or supply modification.

Access to Shopease Foods Inc. online store is gained via the use of a personal username and password combination. Shopease Foods Inc. does not collect or store any customer credit card data. Shopease Foods Inc. will not be responsible for any offline password management and the customer shall ensure that his/her password is kept strictly confidential to prevent unauthorized use. Shopease Foods Inc. shall use its best endeavours to prevent any unauthorized entry to the Shopease Foods Inc. online store. However, Shopease Foods Inc. shall not be liable for any loss or damages whatsoever if any third party gains unauthorized access to the Shopease Foods Inc. website using the customer's login.

PRICE

Shopease Foods Inc. shall make every effort to ensure that prices, and product details are accurate and up-to-date, but Shopease Foods Inc. reserves the right to modify the price and associated product details without advance notice.

The advertised prices on the Shopease Foods Inc. wesbsite are for online shopping only, and do not apply to telephone orders.

Product sizes may not correspond exactly to the description offered online. Shopease Foods Inc. reserves the right to provide the nearest product size at the nearest price.

Customer requests for variations to online orders must be processed over the telephone, in which case, the prices indicated on the website do not apply.

PAYMENT

Payment for all online transactions are routed through the secure PayPal payment gateway. Questions or problems related to payment for online orders must be directed to PayPal.

Shopease Foods Inc. may change at any time the method by which payments for Shopease Foods Inc. online orders may be effected and such changes may be notified to the customer via e-mail, and/or a notice posted on this website.

DELIVERY

Shopease Foods Inc. will aim to deliver products of acceptable quality to the delivery address specified on the registration form within a three week window. Shopease Foods Inc. requires up to 3 weeks processing and delivery time. The customer will be contacted for a mutually agreed delivery time and date. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure someone is available for acceptance of shipment. Every effort will be made to ensure prompt delivery, however Shopease Foods Inc. will not be liable for any delays or non-delivery for causes beyond its control.

Shopease Foods Inc. will only deliver goods within Canada. No delivery shall be available to premises which have no legal unloading areas within 50 meters of the building. Delivery service does not include areas that cannot be reached directly by our vehicles or buildings without a functioning lift.

The customer, or someone designated by the customer, must be present at the time of delivery. if no such person is present the delivery shall remain at the delivery address with no liablility to Shopease Foods.

It is the responsibility of the customer is to notify Shopease Foods Inc. immediately of any change to its delivery address.

VARIATION / CANCELLATION OF ORDER

The customer may vary or cancel the order without incurring costs before Shopease Foods Inc. has commenced processing the order.

Subject to the customer's consent, Shopease Foods Inc. may substitute a product for another similar product if the initial product ordered by the customer is unavailable.

RETURNS OF PRODUCTS/REFUNDS

Pictures of Products on this site may not correspond exactly to Product description. In such case the written description of the Product is relied upon. The customer shall not be entitled to return a product on the basis that it does not correspond exactly to its online picture.

Shopease Foods Inc. shall use reasonable efforts to ensure that orders are correctly fulfilled and shall deal with any discrepancies in the following manner, provided they are reported immediately after receipt of goods via e-mail at infoshopease@bellnet.ca: If any product proves to have been delivered in a damaged condition, past its sell by date, omitted in the delivery, or if the wrong product is delivered, Shopease Foods Inc. shall either refund to the customer the price of that product, or replace the product. customers must notify Shopease Foods Inc. within 24 hours of receipt of the delivery. If any product which was not included in the customer's order is delivered to the customer by mistake, Shopease Foods Inc. reserves the right to collect the wrong product delivered. If the customer has been charged for a product which has not been delivered, Shopease Foods Inc. shall refund to the customer the price of that product as originally charged to the customer. Shopease Foods Inc. will not refund or exchange goods or rectify discrepancies more than 24 hours after delivery.

Shopease Foods Inc.'s liability to any Product delivered is limited to refund or replacement specified above. All other remedies are excluded. All potential product-related risk and liability shall pass to the customer upon delivery.

Refunds shall be credited, at Shopease Foods Inc.'s option, to the customer's credit card account as supplied in the registration form or in the form of cash.
