How it works
Take the 2-minute survey. Tell us who you feed, what you spend on groceries each week and the cuts you like. We use your answers to draft a starting plan.
The consult is free, by phone or at your kitchen table. Your Food Planner already has your survey, so the call goes straight to how your family eats.
We go through the plan item by item and you change whatever you like, down to how each cut is packed. You get the quote in writing. When you’re ready, you sign online. Nothing is ordered until you do.
Tell us the timing you’d prefer. The office books the date against our route and confirms it with you. Our driver carries the order in. Before your plan ends, we call to talk about the next one.

12-Month
Everything we deliver is covered for 12 months. If an item isn’t up to standard, call us and we replace it.
36-Month
Your unit prices are locked for 36 months from the day you sign. It’s written on your order.
Perfect-Fit
If an item turns out not to suit your family, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we swap it.
Need freezer space? Ask your Food Planner. We sell chest and upright freezers at our cost and deliver them with your order.

You pick weekly, bi-weekly or monthly payments, or pay in full. Payment plans come through our financing partners, and we finance some orders in-house. Some families qualify for 0% financing. All plans are on approved credit, and not everyone qualifies. You see every number in writing before you sign.

Shopease Foods has fed Ontario families since 1984. Since 2018 it has been owned by the Gunsolus family: Steve, his partner Meghan and their daughters Scotland, Margo and Eva. We’re the third family to run it.
We work out of a warehouse on Rye Street in Peterborough. Our Food Planners sit down with families and plan their orders, the office books the deliveries, and our own drivers bring them. The people who answer the phone work in the same building.
