I can not get enough cranberries, it seems like once thanksgiving and Christmas are gone I don't get a fill of them until Easter so I decided to come up with this delicious recipe and it goes with my pork chops perfectly. Our meat is from Shopease Foods and having a stocked freezer full of meat has made meal planning so much easier.
This recipe was so easy to assemble and you can really change up the side dishes you serve with it. Who said Cranberries were just supposed to be served with Turkey!
4 Pork Chops
2 CUPS Cranberry Juice
1/2 CAN Cranberry Sauce
1 MED Onion, sliced (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Thaw pork chops and put them in a greased pan.
Add Cranberry Juice and Cranberry Sauce.
Add in Onions if using.
Bake in oven for 35 to 40 minutes until done.
Serve with extra cranberry sauce on top.
