Today is National Waffle Day so we are celebrating by sharing our easy dessert waffle recipe. Everyone loves it when I make brownie waffles. You waffle iron can be used for so many different things besides the traditional waffles.
I thought I would share our brownie waffle recipe with you today so you can make this lovely dessert waffle that everyone in your family will enjoy.
Ingredients
1 Boxed Brownie Mix
1 Egg (extra)
Cooking Spray
1. Make brownies according to box instructions. Add one extra egg.
2. Heat up waffle iron.
3. Spray waffle iron before adding mix. Cook the same as always.
The extra egg adds enough fluid for the mix to go into the waffle iron without being too thick.
