Homemade Burgers Recipe:
1 lbs ground meat(turkey, chicken or pork)
¼ cup bread crumbs
¼ cup decided Onion
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 tsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Worchester Sauce
1 clove garlic
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp ground pepper
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and form into patties.
NOTE – we double this recipe because we like to make 1/4 lbs patties.
