Ask us for a different format

If any information on this website, in a quote, or on an order would be easier for you in another format, just ask. Large print, read aloud over the phone, emailed as plain text, or gone through in person. We will provide it in a timely way and at no extra cost.

Talking to a person

Nothing about ordering from us requires you to use this website. Every order is planned in conversation with a Food Planner by phone or in person, and a real person answers our phone during business hours. If filling in a form online is difficult for you, tell us and we will take the whole thing down over the phone instead.

Service animals and support persons

Service animals and support persons are welcome wherever our customers and our delivery team meet, including at your door and at our Peterborough location.

Delivery

Our own team delivers, carries your order inside and puts it where you want it. If you need it placed somewhere particular, or need extra time to get to the door, tell your Food Planner and it goes on the order.

This website

We aim to follow recognized web accessibility guidance: text that resizes, meaningful descriptions on images, headings in a sensible order, keyboard-usable controls and readable colour contrast. We are a small family business and this site is a work in progress rather than a finished job.

If something here does not work for you, we want to hear about it. Tell us what you were trying to do and we will fix it, and in the meantime we will get you the information another way.
