Quotes and orders

• Quotes presented during or after a consult are valid as stated on the quote document.
• An order exists only when a written order is signed. Orders are signed electronically. The signed order, together with any financing agreement, governs the purchase, including pricing, payment schedule, delivery and guarantees.
• Payment plans are offered through our financing partners and, on some orders, directly by Shopease. All are on approved credit and subject to the terms of the agreement you sign. Not everyone will qualify.

Our guarantees

Our quality guarantee, price-lock and replacement promises are described on the signed order. Summaries on this website are for information. The signed order is the authoritative version.

Delivery

We deliver across Ontario as described at the time of order. Our office sets the delivery date around the timing you ask for, our route and the stock, and confirms it with you before delivery. A date may be adjusted by agreement.

How we collect, use, share and keep your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Referral program

Referral rewards are coupon value toward Shopease food orders, awarded per the program rules in effect at the time of referral. The program may be modified or ended at any time. Earned rewards are honoured.

Content on this site (text, photos, logos) belongs to Shopease Foods Inc. and may not be reused without permission. Example orders shown are real, anonymized customer orders. Individual orders vary because every order is custom.

Limitation
