Food & meat delivery · Greater Sudbury
Sudbury is the long end of our northern run. Everything leaves the warehouse in Peterborough and the truck goes out loaded for the whole region, so the city and the communities round it all come off one trip.
All the meat is Ontario farm raised. It travels a fair way to reach you, but it starts on a farm in this province.
It gets cut and wrapped to your order, stored frozen at our warehouse, and it stays frozen the whole way up. The frozen items are foodservice grade, the same catalogue restaurants order from.
You don’t have to take our word for any of it. Here’s a customer in her fourth year.
A grocery run in February, in the dark, after a shift, isn’t a five-minute errand anywhere in this region. Doing it two or three times a week is what wears people down.
One planned order takes most of those trips off the calendar. That’s the reason we hear more than any other up here, and it has nothing to do with the food.
Greater Sudbury is spread out. Garson and Coniston sit east, Lively and Copper Cliff west, the Valley communities north. They all come off the same load, which is why the run gets planned as a loop rather than a drive into the city and back.
Being at the far end of that loop doesn’t make you an afterthought. It makes you a stop on a route we already drive. And delivery’s built into your order, so the distance doesn’t cost you anything.
Households running opposite shifts don’t eat like households that sit down together at six. That usually means smaller packs, more single portions, more of the things that come out of a freezer and onto a plate without a plan.
Tell your Food Planner how the week actually runs and the pack sizes get cut to match. Nobody should be thawing a family-sized block for one person at eleven at night.
Everywhere else, running short of freezer room is an inconvenience. On a run this long it’s worth getting right first time, because the fix isn’t a quick trip back.
So tell your Food Planner what you’ve got before anything’s finalized. We build to that space, or split the order so you’re never holding all of it at once, or send a chest or upright up with the load at our cost. The freezer space guide does the sizing.
Every item, every quantity, what each one costs, the total, the payment and how long the plan runs. Nothing’s ordered and nothing’s charged until you’ve read it and signed.
That matters more at a distance, because you’re not going to drop in and sort something out in person. Prices locked 36 months from signing. 12-month quality guarantee on everything. And 14 days after delivery to tell us something doesn’t suit your household, under the Perfect-Fit Promise.
These are places we already deliver to, not postal codes we hope to reach. If your community is not listed, text your postal code to (705) 304-0080 and we will confirm before you spend time on a plan.
Sudbury itself plus Garson, Hanmer, Val Caron, Val Therese, Chelmsford, Lively, Copper Cliff and Coniston. Everything north comes off one planned run, so text your postal code to (705) 304-0080 if your community isn't listed.
No. Delivery is worked into your order when your Food Planner builds it and it doesn't go up because of the drive. A family in Sudbury and a family in Peterborough are treated the same way.
We never deliver on weekends and we'll not name you a day at the table. Two things decide the date: where the route is that week, and whether every item on your order is in and packed. Tell your Food Planner the timing that suits you, the office sets the date, and we text you before the truck rolls.
Yes, and a lot of northern households do. You take part on one run and the rest on a later one, both off the same order at the same locked pricing. It also cuts the freezer space you need by a third or more.
Yes. Smaller packs, single portions, whatever matches how your week actually runs. Your instructions are written on the order and everything is cut and wrapped to match.
Yes. Someone needs to check the order against the delivery slip and sign for it. The driver carries it in and puts it where you want it, which on a long run north matters more than usual because nothing gets left outside.
Then the order gets built smaller, or split across two deliveries, or we supply a chest or upright freezer at our cost and bring it on the same trip. Sort it out with your Food Planner before the order is finalized rather than after.
You've 14 days from delivery under our Perfect-Fit Promise to tell us an item doesn't suit your household and we replace it. Everything carries a 12-month quality guarantee. Distance doesn't change either one.
Yes. Steak thickness, roast weight, ground beef pack size, single portions for shift work. Your instructions are written on the order and everything is cut and wrapped to match.
